What You’ll Actually Do

• Break down messy RCM processes, then rebuild them with

  smart, scalable automation.

• Code in Python like it’s second nature — building bots, APIs, and backends to make healthcare run smarter.
• Apply AI/ML to solve real-world problems like intelligent coding, claim denials prediction, document parsing, and AR prioritization etc.
• Work with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and healthcare domain experts who geek out just as much as you do.
• Stay ahead of the curve — you’ll have the freedom to innovate, experiment, and iterate.

Skills we are looking for

hard problems with smart code.

✨ Fluent in Python (not just “comfortable”).

✨ Knows healthcare RCM processes inside-out (or at least has solid experience working in RCM environments).

✨ Has played with AI/ML tools, APIs, or models — and knows how to make them work in production.
