Description
As an AI Automation Intern , you will support the implementation and optimization of AI-powered workflows and automations across departments including lead generation, client onboarding, talent sourcing, and learning platforms. This is a hands-on role perfect for those excited about using automation to solve real business problems. Key Responsibilities : Automation Strategy & Implementation Assist in designing and implementing workflow automations using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, ChatGPT APIs, and Notion AI Automate repetitive tasks across BD, Recruitment, Academy, CXO onboarding, and Marketplace workflows Support WhatsApp + Email funnel integrations using tools like WATI, Twilio, or WhatsApp Cloud API Platform & Data Integrations Help connect front-end forms (Typeform, Zoho, etc.) to CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho CRM) Set up Airtable/Google Sheets workflows for lead capture, resume sorting, and academy applications Assist in syncing data between Teachable/Graphy, Notion, and candidate dashboards AI Enablement Tasks Create and refine ChatGPT prompts for use in: Email outreach Social media scripting Resume screening Client onboarding flows Support in developing prompt banks and automation libraries Testing & Documentation Build internal documentation for each automation created Regularly test and troubleshoot automation failures Create walkthroughs for non-tech teams to manage automations post-deployment . Who Can Apply Final year students, fresh graduates, or women returning to work with tech interest Prior experience in any automation tool is a plus (even self-taught) Comfortable using Notion, Google Suite, Zapier, and basic APIs Willing to learn new tools quickly and take ownership of mini-projects Skills Youll Learn Real-world automation and process optimization across business verticals Use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, etc. in business settings CRM workflows, API testing, and AI prompt engineering Building job-automation libraries for B2B and B2C systems Growth Path High-performing interns may transition into: AI Workflow Specialist (Remote Ops) Automation Manager – Academy & Marketplace Product Operations Associate
