AI and Development Intern

As an AI and Development Intern at CultureMonkey, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working at the intersection of artificial intelligence and product development. You will be an integral part of a cross-functional team where your innovative ideas and coding skills will directly contribute to the creation of intelligent, user-centric features for our global customer base. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about using AI to solve real-world problems and are eager to learn in a dynamic startup environment. In this role, you will: - Develop and integrate AI/ML models that drive key features of our platform. - Explore and implement NLP solutions such as sentiment analysis, summarization, and intent detection. - Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to build scalable APIs and backend services. - Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on features that leverage AI to enhance user engagement. - Research and experiment with the latest advancements in GenAI and LLM technologies to drive innovation. What we are looking for: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field. - Strong foundation in Python and familiarity with relevant frameworks. - Understanding of core NLP concepts and libraries. - Experience with basic API development, backend integration, and cloud tools. - Bonus: Exposure to LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini, or experience in building chat-based tools. - Passion for AI, a strong curiosity to learn quickly, and readiness to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
