ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an AI and Automation Executive to support creative, strategy, and media teams by leveraging AI tools for content creation, research, insights, and campaign optimization. The role focuses on increasing efficiency, scaling creativity, and experimenting with AI-led solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in AI-powered content creation tools (images, videos, audio, text, and other content) and skilled at translating client briefs into high-quality deliverables. This role sits at the intersection of ideas, storytelling, and cutting-edge AI tools, from generating content to crafting it.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Creative Support

· Generate first drafts of campaign copy, headlines, and variations using AI tools.

· Assist design teams with AI-generated visuals, mockups, and moodboards.

· Personalize content at scale for different platforms and audiences.

Research & Insights

· Use AI to summarize industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer sentiment.

· Support strategy teams in extracting insights from large datasets (social listening, campaign performance).

Automation & Processes

· Automate repetitive tasks such as reports, presentation outlines, and campaign trackers.

· Build prompt libraries and toolkits for agency teams.

· Successful training and adoption of AI workflows across teams.

Experimentation & Innovation

· Test new AI tools and suggest ways to integrate them into client work.

· Contribute AI-powered ideas in pitches and brainstorming sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Graduate / Post Graduate in Analytics, Marketing, Digital, and Content Creation.

· 1-2 years of proven experience with a brand, marketing / advertising / creative agency.

· Strong understanding of generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Suno, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).

· Continuously test new AI tools and techniques to improve output quality, reduce turnaround time.

· A creative eye and storytelling ability, with technical comfort in AI workflows.

MUST HAVES

· Interest in advertising, marketing strategy, and brand communication.

· Proven experience in AI-based content creation (portfolio required).

· Par socio-cultural awareness with strong subject-matter fundamentals.

· Ability to understand briefs, stimulate creative thinking, convey ideas & visualisations.

· Ability to multitask, engage & discuss.

· Strong analytical and critical sensibilities.

· Proficiency in English and Hindi.

· Proficiency in written and verbal communication.

· Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times.

· Abreast with the developments in automation & Artificial Intelligence (AI).
