Position: Sales, Marketing & Business Development Executive Location: Ahmedabad (with travel for client meetings & exhibitions) Experience: 1–3 years (Salary negotiable based on experience) About Us Agrinee Naturals is a farmer-run, marketing federation for various FPOs specializing in clean-label, millet-based, and healthy food products. We serve both domestic and export markets, bringing farm-fresh nutrition to consumers worldwide. Role Overview We are seeking a Sales, Marketing & Business Development Executive with a food technology background to bridge the gap between product knowledge, client engagement, and market expansion. This person will not only drive B2B and export growth but also oversee retail & distribution networks while ensuring smooth execution of orders and compliance with food industry standards. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Management · Identify, pitch, and convert new domestic and international clients in FMCG & food categories. · Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through follow-ups, calls, and meetings. · Support the founder in new business development & partnerships. · Lead generation and CRM management. · Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections. Marketing & Market Development · Understand current food and FMCG market trends to develop relevant strategies. · Plan and execute participation in national & international exhibitions. · Oversee stall design, fabrication, and sample readiness for events. · Create and present impactful pitches, presentations, and product profiles. · Drive marketing campaigns targeting health-conscious and premium segments. Retail & Distribution Oversight · Develop and manage retail & distribution channels for domestic market presence. · Work with distributors to ensure product placement, visibility, and stock availability. · Monitor competitor activities in retail & distribution space and recommend strategies. Order Execution & Compliance · Coordinate with the production team to ensure on-time order processing and dispatches. · Ensure export documentation and regulatory compliance. · Maintain minimum stock levels for samples and display. · Collaborate with food tech & production teams to ensure product quality standards. Requirements · Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Food Technology is mandatory. · 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in FMCG/Food Industry . · Strong understanding of retail & distribution networks . · Knowledge of export documentation & compliance. · Excellent communication & presentation skills. · Willingness to travel for client meetings & exhibitions.
