Agriculture Operation Executive

Overview

Chinnan Spice Co. is a growing spice and natural products company dealing in honey, turmeric, pepper, nutmeg, and other high-quality agricultural products. We are looking for a dedicated individual with hands-on agricultural experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, including cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest handling of spices (turmeric, pepper, nutmeg, etc.).
• Maintain quality standards for raw and processed products.
• Ensure proper documentation and stock management.

Degree in Agriculture (B.Sc./VHC or equivalent) preferred.

• Practical experience in spice cultivation/processing or related agricultural field.
• Knowledge of organic farming and sustainable practices is an advantage.
• Good communication and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

• Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
