Agriculture Officer / Field Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting production, quality checks, and promoting organic soil

conditioner products. The role requires extensive field travel across India for demonstrations,

dealer support, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in production operations and quality testing of organic soil conditioners.
• Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and technical presentations.
• Support marketing and sales teams with technical inputs and product training.
• Travel across India to visit farms, distributors, and agricultural events.
• Collect field feedback and contribute to product development.
• Maintain technical documentation, reports, and customer follow-ups.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of soil health, biochar, and organic inputs.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Ability to interact with farmers, dealers, and agricultural institutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
