Job Description

As the AGM/GM Contract Management, you will play a crucial role in strategic sourcing, vendor development, costing, budget management, and contract management within the Power industry. Your responsibilities will involve identifying and evaluating qualified suppliers for Solar and eBoP components, developing sourcing strategies, preparing cost models, supporting project bidding, and drafting contracts to ensure timely procurement at optimal cost and quality. - Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Development - Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers for Solar and eBoP components such as inverters, transformers, switchgear, cables, SCADA, etc. - Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure timely procurement at optimal cost and quality. - Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, and local/global vendors. - Costing & Budget Management - Prepare detailed cost models and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) based on engineering inputs and market data. - Support project bidding and budgeting with accurate and competitive cost estimates. - Benchmark prices and identify cost-saving opportunities across categories. - Contract Management - Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts including supply agreements, rate contracts, and service agreements. - Ensure contract terms are commercially favorable and in compliance with company standards and risk management protocols. Qualifications Required: - B.Com degree - Skills in CONTRACT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT and CONTRACT MANAGEMENT (Note: Additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.)
