AGM/DGM- MEP Execution

Role & responsibilities

1. MEP Execution & Planning

• Lead execution of

  Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC, ELV, and Utility systems

  .
• Develop execution strategies, method statements, and work schedules aligned with project milestones.
  
• Ensure implementation as per approved drawings, specifications, and statutory norms.
  

2. Site & Team Management

• Manage MEP engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  
• Ensure manpower deployment and productivity across multiple work fronts.
  
• Conduct regular coordination meetings and progress reviews.
  

3. Design Coordination

• Coordinate with design consultants for

  shop drawings, material submittals, and approvals

  .
• Resolve design clashes and ensure integration with civil and architectural works.
  

4. Quality Control & Testing

• Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards and inspection checklists.
  
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems.
  
• Ensure snag-free completion and documentation.
  

5. Cost Control & Budget Management

• Monitor BOQs, quantities, and budgets for MEP works.
  
• Review RA bills, variations, and final accounts.
  
• Support value engineering and cost-optimization initiatives.
  

6. Contractor & Vendor Management

• Appoint, manage, and evaluate MEP contractors and suppliers.
  
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, timelines, and quality standards.
  

7. Safety & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with EHS norms, safety procedures, and statutory approvals.
  
• Coordinate with local authorities and agencies for inspections and clearances.
  

8. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with Civil, Planning, QA/QC, CRM, and Facility teams.
  
• Prepare MIS reports on progress, cost, risks, and completion status.
  
• Escalate critical issues with mitigation plans.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• BE / BTech in Electrical

• 17-23 years

  of experience in:
• Residential, Mid- rise real estate projects
  
• End-to-end MEP execution & commissioning
  
• Experience in reputed

  real estate developers

  preferred.
