Role & responsibilities

.1 _Hospital Operations_: Oversee daily hospital operations, including patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance.

2. _Policy Development_: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. _Budget Management_: Manage operational budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.

Human Resources

1. _Hiring and Recruitment_: Oversee hiring and recruitment processes, ensuring the hospital attracts and retains top talent.

2. _Staff Development_: Develop and implement staff development programs, enhancing employee skills and knowledge.

3. _Employee Relations_: Foster positive employee relations, addressing staff concerns and promoting a positive work environment.

Preferred candidate profile

1. _Quality Improvement_: Drive quality improvement initiatives, ensuring high-quality patient care and services.

2. _Regulatory Compliance_: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including accreditation and certification standards.

3. _Risk Management_: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring patient safety and quality care.

Stakeholder Management

1. _Patient Relations_: Foster positive patient relations, addressing patient concerns and feedback.

Requirements:

1. _Master Degree or Post Graduation_: In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration,

2. _Experience_: at least 12-15 Years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare administration.

3. _Skills_: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to drive operational excellence and lead cross-functional teams.
