AGM Machine Shop

Job Description: You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the machine shop to ensure efficient and safe functioning while meeting production goals. This includes managing personnel, maintenance, and resources to optimize production and quality. Your role will involve identifying and implementing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality. You will also be required to make recommendations on capital expenditures to improve capacity and quality, monitor productivity utilizing charts, and maintain a safe work environment. Additionally, increasing production, asset capacity, flexibility, and reducing unnecessary costs to uphold current quality standards will be part of your responsibilities. You will also play a crucial role in increasing the company's market share by meeting customer demands and ensuring product production, quality, and on-time delivery.
