Role Overview: As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Brand Management at Amity University, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the university's external brand image through various public-facing platforms and media channels. You will need to demonstrate strategic narrative thinking, a keen eye for creative excellence, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders, agencies, and media platforms. Key Responsibilities: - PR & Media Management: - Drive consistent visibility in Tier 1 publications by implementing proactive PR strategies. - Draft and manage press releases, pitch story ideas, and handle media relations effectively. - Social Media & Digital Brand Presence: - Maintain a consistent voice, tone, and brand messaging across all social media platforms. - Incorporate admission cycles, academic milestones, and trending topics into social content creation. - Creative & Visual Identity Excellence: - Review and approve all brand creatives including print, digital, motion, and event assets. - Collaborate closely with design vendors, agencies, and internal content teams to ensure brand consistency. - Brand Campaigns (ATL & Digital): - Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns across print, OOH, and digital platforms. - Evaluate the impact of brand campaigns through awareness, recall, and engagement metrics. - Influencer & Alumni Advocacy: - Identify and engage reputable influencers to create episodic and moment-led content collaborations. - Supervise influencer selection, campaign briefings, and performance evaluation. - Online Reputation Management (ORM): - Monitor and respond to online reviews on various forums to maintain a positive brand reputation. - Develop response templates and SOPs for managing crisis situations and negative feedback effectively. - Events & Brand Activations: - Organize impactful on-ground brand initiatives and ensure a heightened brand presence at fairs and campus events. Qualifications Required: - Experience: You should have 8-12 years of relevant experience in brand management, communications, or integrated marketing roles, preferably with youth brands, universities, or consumer brands. - Core Strengths: Your strengths should include brand storytelling, campaign execution, digital proficiency, and stakeholder alignment. - Team Management: You must have a proven track record of leading creative and execution-focused teams. - Industry Understanding: A strong understanding of India's education landscape, aspirational branding, and factors motivating students/parents is essential. - Tools Know-how: Familiarity with ORM tools, Google Trends, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, and design feedback platforms will be beneficial for this role.
