AGM - Brand Management

As the Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Brand Management at Amity University, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the university's external brand image on various public-facing platforms and media channels. This role entails overseeing and implementing strategies across social media, public relations, online reputation management, above-the-line (ATL) campaigns, influencer partnerships, events, and creative projects. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to think strategically, demonstrate creativity, and effectively collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and media platforms. Your key responsibilities will include managing PR and media relations to secure consistent coverage in top-tier publications through proactive planning and the creation of press releases. You will also be responsible for maintaining a cohesive brand voice and messaging across social media platforms, integrating key events and trends into content strategies. Additionally, you will oversee the development and approval of all brand creatives, work closely with design vendors and agencies, and lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns across various channels. Furthermore, you will be tasked with identifying and engaging influencers to create compelling content collaborations, monitoring and responding to online reviews, executing impactful on-ground brand initiatives, and ensuring a strong brand presence at events and activations. The ideal candidate for this role will have 8-12 years of experience in brand management, communications, or integrated marketing, preferably within the youth, university, or consumer brand sector. Key strengths should include brand storytelling, campaign execution, digital expertise, and team leadership skills. A solid understanding of India's education industry, aspirational branding, and student/parent motivations will be crucial, along with familiarity with ORM tools, Google Trends, and design feedback platforms.,
