You are an experienced and technically proficient SQL Server Warehouse Admin / Tech Lead responsible for managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting large-scale SQL Server-based data warehouse environments. Your role involves building and maintaining SQL Server high availability (HA) clusters, implementing disaster recovery (DR) solutions, leading development teams, and ensuring performance, stability, and scalability across systems. As part of Documentation & Compliance, you will create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, design, and best practices, sign off on key project documents, and ensure alignment with organizational policies and regulatory compliance requirements. In Team Engagement & Development, you will set and review FAST goals for team members, provide regular feedback, identify upskilling needs, mentor junior developers, and foster a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative team culture. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 8+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Server-based data warehouses/databases. - Expertise in building and maintaining SQL Server HA clusters, disaster recovery design, and implementation. - Proficiency in T-SQL, indexing, query optimization, and SQL Server Agent job management. - Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL pipelines. - Experience leading a technical team and managing stakeholder expectations.
