Creating a safe and trusting environment for the team to raise and resolve issues, managing resource allocation, communicating risks, status, and updates to business stakeholders, and overseeing cost tracking for scrum projects are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to enhance the Agile maturity of the team continuously, driving growth and development. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 8 years of experience as a Project Lead or in a similar role leading highly complex manufacturing technology projects. Expertise in deploying solutions to manufacturing environments, working with manufacturing systems such as MES, OT, and ERP systems, a deep understanding of product management and modern product delivery processes, and comprehensive experience leading software development in an Agile environment are essential. Strong familiarity with modern software development principles is also required, including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services.
