As a Guidewire Claim Centre Support Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in managing support projects and contributing to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing Guidewire Claim Centre Support and Maintenance, leveraging your 9+ years of experience in the field - Integrating Guidewire software with external systems effectively - Maintaining and supporting applications, conducting testing, and managing deployments - Ensuring key SLAs and KPIs are met for project execution To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts - Guidewire version 9 technical/functional certification - Proficiency in Guidewire platform, including Gosu scripting, data model, and integration techniques - Experience with message queues, batch jobs, event-driven architecture, RESTful and SOAP web services - Familiarity with middleware platforms like MuleSoft and cloud integration services - Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, web services, and API integration - Proficiency with tools such as Service-now, JIRA, soap-UI, eclipse IDE, SVN, and Jenkins Additionally, you should have exposure to incident management, problem management, SDLC life cycle, release planning, and management. Working knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), ANT, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and Enterprise Messaging Systems is essential.
