Agile Excellence Transformation Leader - Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Transformation Leader to support our transformation journey. The ideal candidate will have a solid progam management background but as well strong Agile methodolgy knowledge and associated mindset.
What you will do
1) Lead the Change
a. Animate Community of Practices with support of all the Agile chapter Leaders for cross pollination and deployment of good practices, maintain the improvement backlog
b. Discuss and communicate the vision for change to cross functional stakeholders
c. Refine Processes & Tools content to ensure everything is properly documented through Playbooks with the expected details to provide clearguidance to our squads
d. Define mid term improvements plan which will be key to bring us to the next steps of execution and allow to manage better complex solutions
2) Implement Operating model
a. Propose and implement a deployment plan which would allow to get the right level of consistency and standardization for our Agile rituals and our overall processes
b. Ensure that everyone understands its role and provide clarity on accountability of the different squads members
c. Work with the different leagues and other chpaters for an effective implementation keeping a close feedback loop with all our squads
c. Keep track of the deployment progress, communicate regularly on it and request support from the leadership team whenevfer required
d. Act as a DOER : Lead local deployment directly with some of the squads
3) Accelerate Business Agility
a. Plan and Cadence execution at iteration level - Improve our Say/Do ratio everywhere
b. Identify and deploy Leading Metrics on backlog preparedness and on overall execution
4) Collaborate with Digital Energy & Energy Management Agile Team
a. To ensure alignment to practices and improvement backlog
