We are seeking an Agentic Automation Engineer with deep expertise in designing and deploying AI-driven automation solutions for back-office business processes and document-intensive workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Gemini, GPT, Azure OpenAI, and Amazon Bedrock to build intelligent, scalable automation systems.

The role requires proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, and Vector Databases, with a proven track record in implementing multi-agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, AutoGen Studio) to streamline enterprise workflows.

The candidate will focus on building end-to-end automation pipelines for tasks such as invoice processing, claims handling, compliance checks, and document classification/extraction, replacing traditional RPA approaches with GenAI-powered automation agents.

In addition, the engineer should have solid experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs, as well as deploying solutions on cloud (Azure, AWS) and Linux-based environments

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/LLM-powered applications using Gemini, GPT, Azure OpenAI, and Bedrock.
• Build multi-agent AI solutions leveraging AutoGen and orchestration frameworks.
• Develop advanced chatbots, voice bots, and copilots using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, and Copilot Studio.
• Implement RAG pipelines with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, etc.) for intelligent retrieval.
• Create scalable APIs and perform integration with external systems using JavaScript or Core Java.
• Build and enhance Web UIs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or AngularJS for AI-driven applications.
• Design and optimize SQL Server and MySQL schemas and queries for structured data processing.
• Deploy Python-based web applications, APIs, and standalone tools on Azure App Service, Kubernetes, and Linux-based web servers.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in AI applications and deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and developers to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 4+ years in AI/LLM development.
• Strong expertise in Python and frameworks for AI/ML application development.
• Proven hands-on experience with Gemini, GPT, Azure OpenAI, Bedrock.
• Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, and Vector Databases.
• Solid experience in multi-agent frameworks (AutoGen) for orchestration.
• Experience creating chatbots, voice bots, and copilots with LLMs and LangChain ecosystem.
• Strong front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS.
• Database expertise in SQL Server and MySQL.
• Deployment experience with Azure App Service, Kubernetes, and Linux web servers.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud AI services (Azure AI, AWS AI/Bedrock, GCP AI).
• Familiarity with LLMOps and monitoring frameworks for production AI systems.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale AI deployments.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or published work in AI/ML.
