Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Trainer / Faculty to join our medical education team. The ideal candidate will have a solid clinical background in aesthetic procedures and a flair for teaching and mentoring healthcare professionals. This role involves delivering hands-on training sessions, theoretical lectures, and clinical demonstrations in cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on aesthetic procedures such as:
• Botox & Fillers
• Chemical Peels
• Laser Treatments
• Thread Lifts
• PRP, Mesotherapy, and other advanced techniques
• Train doctors, dentists, and medical professionals in aesthetic protocols, safety, and ethics.
• Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of training modules.
• Provide post-training support and mentorship to participants.
• Ensure compliance with all medical and institutional guidelines during training.
• Participate in webinars, workshops, and conferences on behalf of the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS with specialization or certification in Aesthetic Medicine / Cosmetic Dermatology.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in aesthetic procedures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Teaching or training experience preferred.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest aesthetic techniques and technologies.
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and build confidence in trainees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
