As a key member of the Godrej Appliances team, your primary responsibility will be to strengthen preference and consideration for Godrej Appliances among consumers. This will involve conceptualizing and executing innovative marketing activities across various platforms such as Print, TV, radio, and the internet to enhance brand awareness, imagery, and salience. You will collaborate closely with advertising and media agencies to ensure the successful implementation of these activities. Furthermore, you will be tasked with monitoring the brand health through annual surveys and implementing strategies to enhance the brand image based on the survey findings. Conducting a Dealer Satisfaction Survey (DSS) and sharing the results with the sales team will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a Dealer Relationship Management (DRM) calendar and organizing activities to strengthen dealer relations. In order to ensure optimum utilization of funds, you will need to focus on achieving media efficiencies and a healthy return on investment on media spends. Adherence to budget allocations will be crucial, along with the development of innovative processes that create impact and visibility for the brand. As part of your role, you will undertake business-building projects and special initiatives by conducting market visits, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to drive business improvement. Collaborating with product teams and Trade Marketing Managers will be essential for effective monthly activity planning and system maintenance. The ideal candidate for this position is a graduate in any discipline with a Post Graduate Qualification in Management (Full time) and at least 6 years of work experience. Special skills required include creativity, strong written and oral communication, collaboration, aesthetic appreciation, logical thinking, multi-tasking abilities, artwork development, agency handling, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
