As an Associate at PwC, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Skills required for this position include: - 6 to 10 years of experience working on the HR and SuccessFactors module in SAP implementation projects and support. - Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Position Management, Fundamental objects, MDF, Workflows, Pick List Management, RBP, Time Off data models, Adhoc Reports in Employee central, ESS, MSS/Enterprise portal, Positioning budgeting and control - Post Management. - Experience in SAP FI-CO. - Good written and oral communication skills. - Team-leading experience would be an added advantage. - Familiarity with interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with little technical knowledge. - ITIL certification would be an added advantage. Preferred skills for this role include: - SAP Certification on SuccessFactors Module. - Experience working on integration with other modules like FI-CO. - Training/Awareness on Net Weaver Components. - Exposure to Managed Services - Application Evolution Services. - Experience in Managed Services platform, delivering integrated services and solutions grounded in deep industry experience. - Providing scalable solutions that add greater value to clients" enterprise through technology and human-enabled experiences. - Empowering clients to navigate and capture the value of their application portfolio while cost-effectively operating and protecting their solutions. - Working on a mix of critical Application Evolution Service offerings and engagement, including help desk support, enhancement and optimization work, as well as strategic roadmap and advisory level work.,
