Accenture Industry X is seeking an Engineering Services Analyst 11 in the Aero Engineering practice, with a focus on Mechanical, Metallurgy, and Material & Metallurgy roles. As a part of Industry X, Accenture combines digital capabilities with deep engineering and manufacturing expertise to help clients reimagine their products and manufacturing processes. The role involves providing support in Methods, Process, and Tool domains related to materials and manufacturing processes in the aerospace industry. In this role, you will be responsible for incident management, handling and guiding users on issues related to established processes and methods in the realm of Materials & Processes (M&P) domains. This includes resolving incidents by referring to authorized processes, methods, standards, and specifications. Additionally, you will review and update Knowledge articles, guidelines, and enablement materials for the Design community. You will liaise with users and subject matter experts to clarify and resolve issues faced by users, serving as the First Point of Contact for internal and external M&P customers. Furthermore, you will analyze incidents to identify relevant specialists, categorize issues, and define proactive actions. Monitoring incidents to ensure resolution within set KPIs and SLA timeframes is a key part of the role. You will also provide support on new or updated procedures related to Materials & Processes and network with various M&P sub-domains to ensure effective communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Master's or Bachelor's degree with research domain experience in Materials & Metallurgical engineering. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in BOS MnPE activities and exposure to aerospace methodologies is required. Technical skills in material qualification, material test data analysis, standardization of materials and test standards, composite technology, assembly technology, and analysis tools like MADRAS, MARS, and MATCAFE are essential. Proficiency in aircraft operation, process understanding, and excellent communication skills are also necessary. In this role, you will work closely with project teams and global stakeholders to oversee the program's cost, schedule, technical risks, and dependencies. Your responsibilities will include leading the program to achieve design goals, defining work package priorities, and ensuring overall program performance. As a Principal Project Engineer, you will be accountable for all aspects of NPI product development and program execution within the Connectivity Enablers product portfolio. You will monitor and track program execution, implement necessary Management Operating System (MOS), and identify areas for program execution improvement. Your role will involve guiding technical teams on risks, opportunities, and estimates, and ensuring compliance with QE processes, technical guidelines, and program hierarchy. You will drive COE SDP A3 initiatives, ensure competency development, and contribute to quality, productivity, and NPI revenue growth.
