Sr. Engineer Quality Control

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing effective quality control processes and assurance systems as per customer needs and requirements. Your role will involve hands-on experience in sheet metal, machining components, and special process inspection such as anodizing, plating, painting, powder coating, welding, and brazing of sheet metal and machined parts. It is essential to have a strong understanding of GD&T and Statistical Process Capability. You will participate in cross-functional teams for the development of new products or changes related to current products to meet customer requirements. Leading, implementing, and maintaining processes including FAI documents, APQP, and PPAP will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in creating WI and ensuring customer requirement flow down through documentation. Your role will also involve ensuring documents are in line with QMS requirements AS9100. Knowledge of core tools like APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and participation in technical audits to identify and onboard suppliers will be crucial.
