• Assist the production and R&D teams in

  manufacturing of aerospace and advanced composite components

• Support day-to-day

  shop-floor activities

  , including material preparation, lay-up, curing, trimming, and finishing of composite parts.
• Help in

  handling raw materials

  , tools, molds, and equipment as per standard operating procedures.
• Assist in

  prototype development, testing, and trial builds

  under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support

  process documentation

  , work instructions, and basic production records.
• Ensure adherence to

  quality standards, safety guidelines, and 5S practices

  in the manufacturing area.
• Assist in

  inspection and basic quality checks

  of produced components.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure

  timely completion of production and R&D activities

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in

  process optimization and productivity

• Follow company policies, discipline, and confidentiality requirements strictly.

• Hands-on exposure to

  aerospace composite manufacturing processes

• Practical understanding of

  R&D-driven production environments

  in a startup setup.

• Diploma / ITI / BE / BTech / BSc candidates from
