This role primarily involves outreach to prospective students and their families, helping them understand the courses offered at Aerodynamiks Academy, and assisting with the application and enrollment process. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals. Key Responsibilities : Student Acquisition : Plan, forecast, and analyze market demand and student trends. Execute and monitor successful student recruitment processes. Achieve clear daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets. Make outbound/inbound calls to potential students and parents, generating leads and driving sales. Suggest corrective action plans when deviations occur from the target goals. Provide the first point of contact for prospective students, parents, and business associates. Counsel prospective students and parents, guiding them on course options and assisting with processing documents for bank loans. Maintain and establish rapport with prospective students. Provide weekly progress reports on student counseling, follow-ups, and application submissions. Manage end-to-end operations after a student is successfully onboarded. Report daily progress to the Manager. Student Retention : Share information about courses to convert prospects into students. Instruct students on career development techniques such as job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation. Counsel students to help them overcome any personal or academic issues affecting their education. Refer students to upgrade to other programs offered by the institute based on assessments and interests. Meet with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and future priorities. Collaborate with faculty, center heads, and administrators in evaluating and developing students. Maintain accurate student records as per management requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing lesson plans aligned with the CEFR standards. - Assessing students" progress through regular tests, assignments, and interactive exercises. - Using modern teaching tools such as audio, video, and digital resources to enhance learning. - Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment to encourage participation and communication. - Conducting practice sessions for speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. - Maintaining student records, attendance, and performance reports. - Providing feedback and support to help learners achieve their language goals. - Staying updated with new teaching methodologies and DELF exam formats. - Participating in teacher meetings, training workshops, and cultural events organized by the institution.
