Aerobics Instructor

As an Aerobics Instructor at Apple Mind And Body Temple, your role will involve leading group fitness classes with high-energy aerobic workouts for individuals at various fitness levels. Your passion for fitness, love for teaching, and ability to inspire others will be key in this role. **Responsibilities:** - Lead aerobic classes, ensuring proper form and technique for participants of different fitness levels. - Design and modify routines to engage participants and ensure safe and effective workouts. - Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere during sessions. - Provide individual guidance to help participants achieve their fitness goals. - Monitor progress and offer modifications or challenges as needed. - Adhere to safety standards in every class. - Create a welcoming and inclusive environment. - Track class attendance and provide feedback to management. - Stay updated on fitness industry trends and certifications. - Promote additional wellness services and programs offered by the facility. **Qualifications:** - Certified Aerobics Instructor or equivalent certification. - Experience leading group fitness classes, preferably in an aerobics setting. - Knowledge of aerobic exercises and fitness principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
