AEM Lead

As an AEM Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end AEM implementations, from solution design to delivery. Your role will involve leading development teams, architecting scalable solutions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of AEM developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code following best practices. - Design, develop, and manage AEM Sites components, templates, workflows, and services. - Define and implement AEM architecture, integration strategies, and migration approaches for enterprise solutions. - Collaborate with Adobe Architects, UI/UX, and DevOps teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions. - Implement and optimize AEM solutions for seamless integration with enterprise systems, RESTful APIs, and third-party services. - Oversee code reviews, technical documentation, and deployment processes. - Work extensively with JCR, Sling Models, OSGi, and Apache Felix for component development and configuration management. - Drive performance optimization, dispatcher configurations, and security compliance for AEM environments. - Participate in solution design discussions, contribute to RFPs, estimations, and technical proposals. - Stay updated with AEM and Adobe Experience Cloud enhancements to bring innovation to ongoing projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 7+ years of hands-on experience in AEM Development, with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior role. - Strong expertise in AEM Sites, JCR, Apache Sling, OSGi, and Java/JSP/Servlets. - Proven experience with AEM Core Components, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies including Sightly (HTL), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks. - Hands-on experience with AEM Dispatcher, performance tuning, and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, etc.). - Experience leading AEM implementation projects through the full development lifecycle in Agile environments. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
