AEM Fullstack Developer

Role Overview: You are being sought after by Ralph Lauren as a strong software development candidate to be a part of the India based engineering team. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute towards the delivery of the Company's global digital asset capability, covering product studio, advertising, marketing, and various digital selling channels. Your expertise in front-end technologies and interest in full stack development will play a pivotal role in this role. The current focus area is on Adobe Experience Manager Assets solution encompassing workflow, mobile application, artificial intelligence, and index management in OAK / SolR. Although the role is predominantly Java-based to support the AEM platform, there is potential for you to explore other technologies such as .Net Core, Azure Web Functions, integration systems, console applications, and SharePoint / Power Platform within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize AEM Assets components and related technologies to address cross-departmental business challenges using ReactJS and AngularJS - Develop features in AEM based on Jira user stories and technical design specifications - Engage in agile ceremonies, requirements gathering workshops, and user stories development - Analyze, evaluate, test, debug, document, and implement complex software applications - Collaborate with teams across different time zones globally as required - Design solutions based on enterprise technologies and related enabling technologies as part of a project team - Create AEM components and page templates by integrating backend Java, HTML/CSS, and frontend JavaScript frameworks technologies - Ensure security, performance, and testing while resolving operational issues reported by business teams - Attend key meetings as a technical subject matter expert Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of relevant experience working in AEM as a Cloud Service - Strong knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Proficiency in backend technologies like Java, HTL - Experience in developing elegant, user-friendly, reliable, and responsive UI - Sound background in Modern UI Development with JavaScript Frameworks like ReactJS and AngularJS - Ability to implement custom solutions and build plugins for enterprise applications - Diligent in developing simple, clean, and attractive code - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Desired Skills: - Proficiency in executing projects using Agile Methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence - Adobe Certified Expert as AEM developer - Familiarity with security best practices - Experience in build automation and continuous deployment - Exposure to React, React Native, Angular - Experienced full stack developer with Java knowledge,
