AEM Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced AEM Developer to design and deliver robust solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AEM, CMS architectures, and integrations with other platforms. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to lead and mentor teams in implementing scalable AEM solutions. Key Responsibilities : Architect and design solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to meet business and technical requirements. Lead the implementation of AEM-based websites and applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Define AEM architecture and best practices for development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with front-end and back-end development teams to integrate AEM with other CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, Sitecore) and third-party systems. Design workflows for content management, personalization, and digital asset management (DAM) within AEM. Work closely with business stakeholders and product owners to gather requirements, conduct feasibility analysis, and create technical documentation. Mentor and guide the development team on best practices, code quality, and performance optimization. Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality, and security guidelines in AEM development. Oversee the migration of content and data from legacy systems to AEM. Perform regular code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth project delivery. Skills and Qualifications : 4+ years of experience in AEM development and architecture. Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager 6.x, Java, JCR (Java Content Repository), Apache Sling, OSGi frameworks. Experience with AEM templates, components, dialogs, workflows, and DAM integration. Expertise in AEM integration with third-party applications, CRM, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms. Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular) and backend systems (Java, Node.js, PHP). Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure) and AEM-as-a-Cloud Service. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Maven) and version control systems (Git). Knowledge of SEO, accessibility standards, and web performance optimization. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Adobe Certified Expert (AEM) or similar certification preferred.
