AEM Developer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Drive end-to-end content transformation by scoping and shaping product strategy, business goals, innovative solution, programs, and deliverables for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Partner with tech partners to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, tech requirements, and user stories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of AEM Sites solutions. Customize and extend CMS components, templates, and workflows, as well as integrate CMS with other systems and third-party applications. Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in AEM technologies and provides thought leadership and insights to clients and internal teams. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and DAM, including customization and implementation. Experience with AEM Developer tools such as Apache Felix, Apache Sling, Jackrabbit and CRXDE Hands-on experience integrating AEM with third-party APIs and services Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Familiarity with the Java Content Repository API Prior experience with Marketing Technology and Financial Services is preferred. Knowledge of OSGi and its Declarative Services Familiarity with building tools, including Maven Knowledge of version control tools, especially Git Experience in pair programming and code reviews. Familiarity with task management, bug tracking, and wiki-based documentation tools like JIRA and Confluence.
