Job Overview:

Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites and components using AEM and Franklin (Edge Delivery Services).
• Implement responsive and accessible front-end solutions that align with design and content requirements.
• Build reusable front-end blocks in Franklin using JavaScript and CSS.
• Customize and extend AEM components, templates, workflows, and services with a focus on front-end design.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure technical feasibility and deliver optimal user experiences.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed.
• Optimize web performance and ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM and Franklin implementations.
• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in AEM and web development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites) and Franklin (Edge Delivery Services).
• Familiarity with web performance optimization and accessibility standards.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AEM Developer with a portfolio of successful web projects.
• Hands-on experience with AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Solid understanding of AEM as a Cloud Service and related Adobe technologies.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of the DOM and Markdown.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adobe AEM certification.
• Knowledge of Adobe I/O Runtime and Edge Delivery Services architecture.
• Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and personalization strategies.
• Understanding of AEM Franklin architecture and topology.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
