Job Description

As a highly experienced AEM Architect, you will lead the design and development of enterprise-level web content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager. Your responsibilities will include: - Interacting with various stakeholders to architect solutions involving tech stacks like Java, PL/SQL, and Adobe Solution. - Defining, designing, and implementing scalable architecture for AEM-based web applications. - Leading AEM solution and component design efforts, such as templates, components, workflows, OSGi services, and integrations. - Developing AEM architecture blueprints and technical documentation. - Collaborating with UX designers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical and business requirements. - Integrating with third-party systems like CRMs, analytics, marketing automation platforms, and commerce solutions. - Overseeing development teams in implementing AEM components, templates, workflows, and other backend logic. - Defining and implementing DevOps processes for code promotion and release automation. - Conducting code reviews, mentoring development teams, and enforcing best practices for coding and performance. - Leading performance tuning, security audits, and deployment planning. - Staying up to date with Adobe product roadmaps, releases, and best practices. - Implementing accessibility solutions for websites in partnership with external vendors. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development, with at least 7+ years in AEM (6.x or higher). - Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager including Sites, Assets, Workflows, OSGi services, JCR, Sling, and Dispatcher. - Strong understanding of AEM architecture (Author/Publish/Dispatcher model), caching, and scalability strategies. - Experience in integrating AEM with RESTful APIs, Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, and other Adobe Marketing Cloud products. - Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular is a plus. - Strong knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, SonarQube, Docker, Kubernetes. - Familiarity with cloud platforms Adobe Cloud Manager, AWS, or Azure. - Experience in Agile development environments, CI/CD practices, and unit testing frameworks. - AEM Certification (Architect or Developer) is highly desirable. If you have experience working in large-scale enterprise environments, hold Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Master Certification in AEM, and have experience with Adobe Cloud Manager and Headless CMS (AEM as a Cloud Service), it would be considered as preferred qualifications. Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will be beneficial in this role.,
