Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Advocate who has successfully completed the All India Bar Examination (AIB) and is enrolled with a State Bar Council. The ideal candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, provide sound legal advice, and draft legal documents. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks, case laws, and professional ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil, criminal, and legal proceedings in courts, tribunals, and other authorities.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, petitions, affidavits, and contracts.
• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
• Provide accurate legal advice to clients and internal teams.
• Attend court hearings, client meetings, and settlement discussions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, amendments, and case precedents.
• Coordinate with senior advocates, legal teams, and stakeholders for effective case strategy.
• Manage deadlines and case schedules efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

• LL.B. from a recognized university
• Cleared All India Bar Examination (AIB)
• Enrolled as an Advocate with any State Bar Council
• Fresher or 0–2 years of experience preferred (training and mentorship may be provided)

Work Environment:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
