Job Description

Responsible for initiating and managing recovery proceedings under the SARFAESI Act, 2002. Identify Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and issue demand notices under Section 13(2). Assist in taking possession of secured assets under Section 13(4). Coordinate with enforcement agencies, and authorized officers for recovery actions. Maintain proper documentation and case records related to SARFAESI actions. Draft and file petitions before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) or District Magistrate (DM). Strong knowledge of the SARFAESI Act, DRT procedures, and NPA management. Experience in handling recovery cases and property possession.
