The Advocate will manage and execute legal tasks, including drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, providing legal counsel, and performing legal research. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the legal team to develop case strategies, handling client communication, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Qualifications Strong skills in Legal Drafting, Research, and Legal Writing Experience in Court Representation, Argumentation, and Case Management Proficient in Client Interaction, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution Knowledge of Legal Procedures, Compliance, and Regulatory Frameworks Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple cases simultaneously LLB or equivalent qualification and a valid Bar Council registration Prior experience in corporate or civil litigation is preferred
