Advisor Customer Experience

As a Customer Service Agent in the Blended Process, your role will involve handling both voice and non-voice interactions such as inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media queries. Your main focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries through various channels including calls, emails, chat, and social media. - Address customer complaints and offer accurate information about products/services. - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests promptly. - Adhere to communication scripts, policies, and procedures. - Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department. - Maintain detailed and precise records of customer interactions. - Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. - Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience. - Stay informed about company products, policies, and procedures. Qualifications Required: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred. Skills Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in typing with good computer literacy. - Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities. - Capable of multitasking and working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is considered a plus.,
