As an Operation Executive at Adcrest in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in executing field operations and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of advertising campaigns. Your primary focus will be on building strong client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, managing field operations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring quality control. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing prompt assistance to ensure client satisfaction. - Coordinate and oversee the execution of advertising campaigns at various locations, liaising with vendors, suppliers, and external agencies for timely delivery of materials and services. - Monitor campaign progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams. - Conduct field visits to ensure smooth campaign functioning, resolve on-ground challenges, supervise field staff, and maintain accurate records of activities and expenses. - Prepare necessary documents such as campaign reports, status updates, and feedback summaries. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines in all campaign executions. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 0-1 years in BTL Operation.
