Advanced User Experience Designer

Role Overview: As an Adv UX Designer at Honeywell's Connected Enterprise (HCE), you will play a crucial role in creating better user experiences for businesses. Working alongside product leaders, developers, and other designers, you will lead projects aimed at solving critical customer issues through end-to-end interaction and visual design. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the entire iterative design process, from discovery to launch. - Collaborate closely with product leaders to address key business and customer goals. - Partner with UX Research teams to identify customer needs and influence design decisions. - Work with developers to ensure the best user experience. - Create user flow diagrams, sketches, and other design assets to map the user journey. - Design, implement, and validate user interfaces for desktop and mobile applications. - Document functional user requirements to guide UX/UI and functional design. - Utilize the Forge UX Design System to maintain consistent interfaces across Honeywell products. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in interaction, graphic, visual, product, or industrial design, User Experience, HCI, or related fields. - A portfolio showcasing visual designs, processes, and contributions to projects. - Prior experience in usability testing and user research. - Proficiency in designing user experiences such as personas, journey maps, and functional designs. - Experience in multi-platform development, including Native Mobile, Responsive Web, and Desktop Applications. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. - Familiarity with agile software development and user-centered design methodologies.
