Advanced Data Scientist

Job Description

Design, develop and implement advanced data science models to extract insights and drive business outcomes in the building s domain. Create end-to-end data and model pipelines, ensuring data integrity and efficient model deployment. Utilize cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP to leverage scalable and efficient computing resources. Optimize and deploy machine learning models using ML Ops best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes Work closely with product managers and business leaders to align data science initiatives with overall business objectives Lead the end-to-end data science development lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress. Provide mentorship and guidance to data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence You Must Have Bachelor s degree in Computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline 6+ years of extensive experience in building solutions using statistical modeling, regression, ML, DL Expertise in CI/CD pipeline, MLOps framework Expertise in more than 2 areas of AI/ML like Machine Learning/Deep learning/NLP/CV/GenAI Excellent communication and ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders Ability to lead and influence direct and indirect reports Interact with stakeholders, gather the requirement , independently come up with solutions and implement Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL Proficiency in cloud platform Azure or GCP We Value Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL Proficiency in ML/DL/NLP Good to have experience in Buildings domain especially HVAC Experience in GenAI, knowledge graph is extremely valued Strong leadership and management skills Experience working in an agile development environment Proven ability to drive successful data science projects and initiatives Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability
