You will become anintegral part of a team within Project Management department. In the role of aData Scientist, your primary focus will involve close collaboration withinternal stakeholders to analyze and interpret complex data to supportdecision-making and drive business insights. You will be responsible forbuilding and deploying innovative, efficient and robust machine learningmodels, algorithms and data pipelines to streamline operations, enhance systemperformance and deliver actionable insights that empower project teams withdata-driven solutions. Additionally, you willwork on developing and optimizing AI agents to automate key processes, improveoperational efficiency and deliver real-time solutions across various businessfunctions. This will involve training and fine-tuning intelligent models tosimulate human decision-making, enabling more effective and scalable automationwithin our systems. Location: Bangalore, India Seniority: 1-3 years Department Project Systems How you might spendyour days As a Data Scientist you ll be working with innovative, multi-disciplinary teams which includes a group of colleagues from same or different disciplines. Proficiency in Python and SQL. Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Java, Scala or C++) is a plus. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering and recommendation systems. Experience in building, training and deploying machine learning models using libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch or XGBoost. Familiarity with deep learning techniques and natural language processing (NLP). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying models and handling large-scale data storage and processing. Ability to apply statistical methods to real-world data challenges and draw actionable conclusions. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in thisrole: You have a bachelor s degree within IT, economics, engineering, computer science statistics or similar You have minimum 2 years of experience Experience from a consultancy or contractor /Data Management company 1-2 years of experience from working in a matrix organization, e.g. from the consultancy business or another project-oriented environment Experience in communicating complex data to decision makers Solid experience in working with data, including extracting, transform and analyzing data and identifying trends and forecast preferably utilizing tools like You speak and write technical English fluentl
