You will work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams, making team decisions, and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. You will also be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, showcasing your problem-solving skills and creativity. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams Contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions Identify and address technical issues and risks Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in .NET Architecture Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS Strong understanding of software development principles and practices Experience with Agile methodologies and tools Hands-on experience with designing and implementing scalable and high-performance applications Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in .NET Architecture This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
