Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ads Expert / Performance Marketing Specialist based in Kanpur. The responsibilities include creating and executing effective advertising campaigns, managing and optimizing paid marketing channels, performing data analysis to assess campaign performance, and conducting performance testing to improve advertising outcomes. The candidate will also collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to enhance campaign strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis expertise to measure and optimize campaign performance
• Proficiency in Performance Management and Performance Testing to ensure maximum ROI and campaign efficiency
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and digital marketing tools is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adapt to changing demands
• Prior experience in performance marketing or advertising roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
