Your role will involve developing compelling scripts, campaign concepts, and creative briefs, conducting market research and trend analysis, collaborating with the performance marketing team, providing leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, and overseeing creative execution across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: - Develop compelling scripts, campaign concepts, and creative briefs tailored for digital platforms, ads, and content. - Continuously track consumer behavior, industry insights, and competitor activities to shape innovative strategies. - Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align creative strategies with measurable outcomes. - Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to execute creative ideas effectively. - Oversee creative execution across multiple channels ensuring brand consistency and impact. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in creative strategy, scriptwriting, or content marketing. - Strong understanding of market research and ability to derive insights. - Basic knowledge of performance marketing tools and metrics (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). - Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. - Strong leadership and project management skills. - Ability to think both creatively and analytically.
