About the Role This is not a routine sales position — this is where you build the sales function from scratch. As Adra’s first sales hire , you’ll work directly with the founders to set up the foundation for our sales and partnerships engine. You’ll start with lead sourcing and prospecting, gradually move into pipeline ownership, and later — build the team that will scale Adra’s presence globally. This role requires someone who is entrepreneurial, structured, and willing to grow fast through real challenges. You’ll have high autonomy, minimal supervision, and full visibility into how the business grows. What You’ll Do 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Build targeted lead lists based on ICPs defined by the founders (for both services and future product GTM). Use tools like Apollo.io , LinkedIn automation , and outbound sequences effectively. Track success metrics, run experiments, and refine outreach strategies continuously. 2. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development Identify and reach out to potential GTM partners and collaborators in alignment with our ICP and models. Support the setup of partnership frameworks and nurture qualified leads for the founders. 3. Tools, Process & CRM Management Set up and maintain sales pipelines, outreach trackers, and reporting dashboards. Ensure the founders always have visibility into lead progress, blockers, and priorities. Build repeatable processes that bring structure and measurable efficiency to outbound sales. 4. Sales Collateral & Marketing Support Work with the design and content teams to create and manage sales assets — brochures, decks, email templates, and case studies. Support website content updates, and maintain consistency in our external communication. 5. RFPs & Early Conversations Use pre-defined templates and frameworks to send first-level responses to inbound RFPs. Take prospects to a qualified stage and hand off for meetings with the founders.
