Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Client Coordinator who can confidently work directly with clients in the UK and US from day one. This role is not for someone looking for extensive handholding — you will be expected to handle conversations with clients independently, capture requirements, and document business processes with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client communications independently, conduct regular online meetings with the client.
• Understand and address client needs. Document and present business process flows in a clear, professional manner.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and deliverables.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the client.
• Self-starter with the maturity to work with minimal guidance.
• Manage multiple conversations and tasks in a fast-paced, international environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Client management experience (preferably with UK/US clients) is a strong advantage
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• No specific software knowledge is required, but a proactive and adaptive attitude is expected

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
