Job Description

The role of Adobe Workfront & Workfront Fusion requires 5-12 years of experience and is based in Gurgaon/Bangalore in a hybrid mode. As the platform administrator, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Adobe Workfront platform, including user access, permissions, and workflow configurations. Additionally, you will administer Adobe Workfront Fusion to integrate Workfront with other enterprise systems and applications, ensuring that the platform is properly customized to meet business needs and streamline operations. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the integration of Adobe Workfront with other tools through Workfront Fusion, designing and implementing automation workflows to improve efficiency, and monitoring integration issues to ensure data synchronization and process continuity. You will also customize Adobe Workfront to align with specific project management needs, optimize workflows, reporting, dashboards, and templates, and collaborate with business units to identify areas for process improvement. In terms of reporting and data analysis, you will create and maintain customized reports and dashboards in Adobe Workfront to provide stakeholders with insights on project status, performance, and resource utilization. Utilizing Adobe Workfront Fusion, you will generate automated reports and data feeds to support data-driven decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure that Adobe Workfront and Fusion solutions align with project requirements and objectives. You will provide training and ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of Adobe Workfront and Fusion features and act as a key point of contact for addressing platform-related challenges. As part of your role, you will continuously assess the effectiveness of Adobe Workfront and Fusion usage across the organization, identifying opportunities for new features, updates, or integrations. Leading initiatives to enhance project management processes through Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion will be a key focus area. Effective stakeholder communication is crucial, and you will maintain open communication with key stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and ensure that the platforms are leveraged to meet those needs. Regular updates to senior management on system performance, user adoption, and ongoing improvements will be part of your responsibilities.,
