Adobe Marketo Platform Manager

As a Manager, Application Support at Fiserv, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the Marketo platform. Your responsibilities include managing IP and domain reputations, overseeing the implementation of new platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance application performance and reliability. Your contribution is essential in delivering exceptional service and support to clients, reinforcing the organization's commitment as partners in possibility. You will lead and manage a team to provide expert-level support for business applications, troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, monitor application performance, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability. Additionally, you will develop and maintain detailed documentation of support activities and procedures, provide mentorship and training to team members, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless application support. Your adaptability to evolving business requirements is key to success in this role. To excel in this position, you should have 8+ years of experience working within the Marketo automation platform, 10+ years of industry experience, and extensive project management-related experience. Hands-on experience in working at an agency covering Fortune 500 client accounts or within an internal email department of a Fortune 500 firm managing a campaign portfolio is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple project deadlines, knowledge of database management concepts, and best practices are also essential. Having Marketo certification, experience with Salesforce CRM and understanding of the lead-to-customer journey, experience with Marketo Revenue Cycle Model/Revenue Cycle Explorer, strong team-building, leadership, strategic and tactical planning skills, analytical thinking, exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud - Adobe Marketo, Salesforce for contact management, SQL Server, SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, experience with Azure Blob Storage, and experience in marketing within B2B & B2C spaces would be great assets for this role.,
