Job Description

We are searching for a knowledgeable and skilled AEM Frontend Lead to be a part of our team and spearhead the creation of captivating, high-performance web experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This position necessitates a profound understanding of front-end technologies, a solid grasp of AEM components, and leadership qualities to direct and mentor a team of developers. As a frontend lead, you will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to provide enterprise-level web solutions that are scalable, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing. Your responsibilities will include leading the front-end development of AEM Cloud projects, ensuring top-notch code quality and performance, developing and managing AEM components, templates, and client libraries (clientlibs), working in conjunction with UX/UI designers and backend AEM developers to offer seamless user experiences, and implementing AEMaaCS best practices such as modular design, content fragments, and experience fragments. You will also be tasked with optimizing frontend code for speed, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility, guiding and aiding a team of frontend developers through code reviews, best practices, and knowledge sharing, translating business and design requirements into functional, reusable front-end components, ensuring consistency with AEM architecture, content structure, and authoring practices, troubleshooting and resolving front-end issues in AEM environments, and staying abreast of the latest trends in frontend and AEM development. The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of frontend development experience, with a minimum of 3 years in AEM projects, proven proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), a strong understanding of HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and AEM authoring tools, familiarity with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and frameworks like React or Angular, a deep comprehension of AEM clientlibs, frontend performance optimization, and responsive design, knowledge of AEM Headless capabilities (Content Fragments, GraphQL, SPA Editor), experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD workflows, as well as robust communication and team leadership skills. Preferred qualifications include being an Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Sites Developer or Architect), having experience working with AEM Headless and Single Page Applications (SPAs), exposure to AEM Cloud Manager, including pipelines and environment setup, familiarity with Adobe Target, Launch, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools, and knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).,
