Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Adobe CDP Specialist with in-depth knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP). The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing data models, managing identity resolution, and enabling real-time customer insights to drive personalized marketing initiatives and data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP.
Strong understanding of XDM schema design, identity management, and data governance principles.
Experience with data ingestion workflows, APIs, and audience segmentation.
Familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, and Experience Cloud integrations.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
