Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in using Adobe Campaign Standard, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals. Your primary focus will be on designing, building, and managing complex marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Standard while ensuring the quality and accuracy of customer data for effective targeting. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals - Design, build, and manage complex marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Standard - Utilize custom resources, real-time events, workflows, content blocks, fragments, and typology rules - Implement marketing automation processes to streamline campaign execution - Utilize dynamic content and personalization to improve customer engagement - Conduct A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies - Generate reports, provide insights, and offer data-driven recommendations - Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Rest API services for interaction with upstream/downstream systems Qualification Required: - Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing using Adobe Campaign Standard - Solid understanding of Adobe Campaign Standard use cases, best practices, and detailed campaigns management - Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Rest API services - Level D3 position based in all EPAM locations - Subcon Hiring opportunity with a Hybrid work model,
